A great little restaurant with a good menu. Food is solid and so is their coffee. There was a wait when I arrived but I was seated at the counter within 10 mins. The owner Antoine is a nice genuine guy.
When my friend and I zip on 93 to do Boston breakfast, Cafe Sauvage is our go to place. We have gone other places but this is our favorite (well mine, and I think hers). The food and service are great. The place is so cute and quaint. Yah.........
It gets busy, so plan accordingly. It has options of dining inside or outside. The atmosphere is lively and vibrant. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Ordered from the brunch menu: sauvage mama breakfast, matcha (hot), and saumon fumé. Really delicious and nicely portioned. I definitely would come back again and recommend this for brunch!
Excellent brunch spot. A couple street parking spots out front make it a convenient location. Incredible service; staff turns tables very quickly (it felt like less than a minute for my wife and I to get our drinks). The tables are a little close together, but it makes for a cozy feel inside. Delicious brunch food. Everything very reasonably priced. Ideal spot for a two top. We'll be back!
This place is absolutely adorable, and the coffee and food are amazing! Started with the Almond croissant and a Nutella Latte, husband got a pumpkin latte. Both full of flavor! For breakfast we got the sauvage breakfast sandwich added bacon - perfection on a croissant, the side salad with a vinaigrette was crisp & fresh the ribbon carrots - stop it, so good! Hubs got the crispy chicken sandwich - creole flavors, super crispy, buttery bun and fresh lettuce, served with thin cut fries. Service was amazing loved that some of the staff spoke French. It was a transport to Paris!
Really cute place by Back Bay! Glad that we could make a same day reservation for dinner even though it is quite small inside. Ambiance is simultaneously cozy and chic. We got the French onion soup, burger, and steak frites which were all very good.
We had some of the most delicious brunch plates ever. They also looked stunning. We walked in on a Sunday at noon and were seated 30 mins later. The omelette and avocado toast were the stars of the show. French toast was also very good! The place is super cozy, prices according to size and quality of food, and coffee is also very good. Would totally recommend and come again!
I made a wonderful discovery today! The vibe was great, the service was quick, and the food was absolutely amazing. I especially loved the banana French toast, the duck Benedict, and the pulled beef on baguette. I can't wait to return and try more items from the menu!
Café Sauvage is one of those rare places that instantly makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something special. The space is small but full of life—colorful, stylish, and buzzing without being overwhelming.
We stopped here for a quick brunch on Saturday before heading up to Salem. It was an easy walk from our hotel, and since we were determined to try as much local food as possible during our short stay, this spot made the list. We got lucky and arrived just before the rush, so we were seated right away on their small patio.
